Legal
Privacy policy
Effective: 30 May 2026
This privacy policy explains what information humanaisafety.com collects, how it’s used, and the rights you have over it. The site is operated by Mongkol Thitithamasak (“we,” “us”). Plain English first, legal precision second.
What we collect
When you sign up to receive the Solarians™ Report or updates about the book, we collect:
- Your email address (always)
- Your full name (when you provide it on the report download form)
- The provider you signed up through (email, Google, Facebook, or Apple)
- A timestamp recording when you consented
- Your IP address and browser user-agent (stored briefly for anti-spam and rate-limiting purposes)
- The page or source you signed up from
If you sign in through Google, Facebook, or Apple, we receive the email and name those providers share with us as part of the standard OAuth handshake. We do not receive your password or any other account data, and the providers do not receive content of your activity on this site.
Like most websites, our server logs requests for the purposes of basic operational monitoring (uptime, error tracking, abuse prevention). These logs include IP address, requested URL, user-agent, and timestamp. They are not used for profiling.
What we don’t collect
- No third-party advertising cookies. There are no ads on this site.
- No tracking pixels from Facebook, Google, or other ad networks.
- No behavioral profiling.
- No sale or sharing of your data with third parties for marketing.
- No financial information — there’s nothing to buy here.
How we use what we collect
The email address you provide is used to:
- Send you the report you requested
- Send a small number of further messages: when the Solarians™ book launches, when significant updates to the report are published, and occasional related announcements. Typically a handful of emails per year, not more.
Your name is used to personalize the messages we send you.
Aggregate, non-identifying statistics (number of signups, popular pages, traffic sources) may be discussed publicly.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies only — sessions for logged-in users (if you create an account in the future), and cross-site request forgery tokens that protect signup forms from abuse. No advertising or analytics cookies are set.
Where your data lives
Your signup record is stored in the site’s primary database. Database backups are encrypted in transit and at rest. The hosting environment is operated by our web host under their own security standards. We do not export your information to third-party services for marketing.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you have the following rights regarding the data we hold about you:
- Access — request a copy of what we have stored about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix anything that’s wrong.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your record entirely.
- Withdrawal of consent — unsubscribe at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
- Portability — request your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@humanaisafety.com. Requests are typically answered within a few business days. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request that involves disclosing or deleting data.
If you are in the EU or UK, the legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw that consent at any time. If you are in California, you may exercise the rights granted by the CCPA. We do not “sell” personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information here, please email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated occasionally. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will be announced by email to current subscribers and posted prominently on the site.
