By using humanaisafety.com, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language but they are legally binding. The site is operated by Mongkol Thitithamasak (“we,” “us”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

What you can do with the content

The Solarians™ Report is free to read, free to download, and free to share. You may forward it, post it, attach it to an email, distribute it among your colleagues or your community, quote it in your own writing, and reference its data points — provided that:

• You credit the author (Mongkol Thitithamasak) and the source (humanaisafety.com).
• You do not modify or misrepresent the contents.
• You do not use the report or any portion of it for commercial purposes — including resale, paid newsletters, paid courses, or AI training datasets — without prior written permission.
• You do not remove the patent-pending notices or trademark attributions.

Other content on this site (essays, page text, the upcoming book and its excerpts, illustrations, the logo and visual identity) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission, beyond the standard fair-use or fair-dealing exceptions in your jurisdiction.

Trademarks & patents

“Solarians” is a trademark of Mongkol Thitithamasak. The half-circle mark and “Human AI Safety” wordmark are protected marks. You may use these in editorial or reference contexts (e.g. “as reported in The Solarians™ Report”) but may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or origin from us when none exists.

U.S. Patent No. 10,380,912 is an issued patent held by Mongkol Thitithamasak. USPTO Application Nos. 64/078,432 (MONGKOL-HASF-001) and MONGKOL-HASF-002 are pending. Licensing inquiries: licensing@humanaisafety.com.
